No automatic renewals
Payment is handled securely at the time of booking.

You may cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session at no charge
If something unexpected comes up, just let me know. This service is meant to be helpful — not stressful.
During a session, I will:
Answer your questions clearly and patiently
Explain things step by step, at your pace
Help you understand how to do things yourself
Stop and repeat anything that feels confusing
You are always encouraged to ask questions.
To keep things safe and appropriate, this service does not include:
Repairing physical hardware
Selling devices or software
Managing bank, medical, or legal accounts
Emergency technical support
If something falls outside what I offer, I’ll explain that honestly.
This service is for everyday questions and problems.
If you are dealing with:
A medical emergency
A financial emergency
A situation involving fraud or identity theft
Please contact the appropriate emergency service or financial institution right away.
Your time is reserved for you.
Completed sessions are not refundable.
