Try this first

1. Settings → Bluetooth

2. Turn Bluetooth OFF

3. Wait 10 seconds

4. Turn Bluetooth ON
   
   

If that didn’t work

1. Tap the ⓘ next to the device

2. Tap Forget This Device

3. Restart iPhone

4. Put device in pairing mode

5. Reconnect
