Try this first

1. Settings → Bluetooth

2. Turn Bluetooth OFF

3. Wait 10 seconds

4. Turn Bluetooth ON
   
   

If that didn’t work

1. Tap the device name

2. Tap Forget / Unpair

3. Restart phone

4. Put device in pairing mode

5. Reconnect
